NOVELTY - A composite material comprises a matrix comprising polyphenylene sulfide, and a filler including a carbon material doped with sulfur, dispersed in the matrix. USE - Composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has excellent thermal stability, thermal conductivity, electroconductivity, and flame retardance through in-situ polymerization. A high content of filler is evenly dispersed in the matrix. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of the composite material, which involves preparing the filler, and preparing the matrix containing polyphenylene sulfide and filler dispersed in the matrix by adding sodium sulfide, dichlorobenzene, and the filler to a solvent, and synthesizing in-situ.
