NOVELTY - A protein electrochemical imprinting sensor preparing method involves preparing a grapheme doped magnetite nano-composite material, preparing graphene doped magnetite doped gold modified magnetic electrode by electrodeposition method and introducing the boronic acid, amino group and carboxyl group on the surface of the modified magnetic electrode to provide multiple recognition sites for the western blot, pre-assembling the protein, preparing western blot polymer film by electrochemical polymerization and eluting template protein to construct a protein molecularly imprinted electrochemical sensor. USE - Method for preparing protein electrochemical imprinting sensor for modifying magnetic electrode by one-step deposition method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing protein electrochemical imprinting sensor with increased selectivity and surface area and enhanced conductivity of electrode surface.
