NOVELTY - Preparation of silicone oil-containing lubricating composite coating involves adding polyether polyol and isophorone diisocyanate to the toluene solution, mixing, and distilling the solvent under reduced pressure to obtain cyanate group-terminated polyurethane material, adding the polyurethane material to the toluene solution of the nanomaterial, mixing, distilling under reduced pressure to remove the solvent to obtain polyurethane material reinforced by the nanomaterial, adding the cyanate group-terminated polyurethane material or nanomaterial-reinforced polyurethane material and silicone oil into the toluene solution, mixing, distilling under reduced pressure to remove the solvent to prepare silicone oil-containing polyurethane lubricating anticorrosive composite material, and mixing the composite material with toluene, spraying the mixture on the surface of the polished metal sample block, drying, solidifying, and cooling. USE - Preparation of silicone oil-containing lubricating and anticorrosive composite coating. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple manufacture of antifriction coating having excellent lubrication and corrosion resistance and wear resistance through the lubrication mechanism of solid-liquid composite and the hydrophobicity of silicone oil, adjusts the force between the polyurethane matrix and the silicone oil molecules, and realizes the uniform dispersion and controllable release of silicone oil under the stimulation of frictional movement. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of silicone oil-containing lubricating and anticorrosive composite coating involves (i) adding polyether polyol and isophorone diisocyanate to the toluene solution and mixing evenly, reacting at 40-70 degrees C for 2-4 hours under nitrogen protection and stirring, and distilling the solvent under reduced pressure to obtain cyanate group-terminated polyurethane material, (ii) adding the polyurethane material to the toluene solution of the nanomaterial and mixing evenly, reacting at 60-90 degrees C for 2-3 hours under the protection of nitrogen and stirring, distilling under reduced pressure to remove the solvent to obtain polyurethane material reinforced by the nanomaterial, (iii) adding the cyanate group-terminated polyurethane material or nanomaterial-reinforced polyurethane material and silicone oil into the toluene solution and mixing evenly, a reacting at 70-100 degrees C for 2-3 hours under nitrogen protection and stirring, distilling under reduced pressure to remove the solvent to prepare silicone oil-containing polyurethane lubricating anticorrosive composite material, and (iv) mixing the silicone oil-containing polyurethane lubricating anticorrosive composite material with toluene, spraying the mixture evenly on the surface of the polished, dry sandblasted, and ultrasonically cleaned metal sample block, drying, solidifying, and cooling to room temperature.
