▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing modified graphene oxide/polyethersulfone complex anticorrosive coating comprises (i) preparing polymer modified group powder, (ii) preparing modified graphene oxide including dispersing graphene oxide in thionyl chloride, adding 1/30-1/50 thionyl chloride volume of dimethylformamide as catalyst, ultrasonically dispersing for 0.5-2 hours, heating at 60-80 degrees C under protection of nitrogen, refluxing for 20-30 hours, removing excess thionyl chloride by distillation under reduced pressure, dispersing reaction product and polymer modified group powder obtained in step (i) in dimethylformamide, heating at 120-130 degrees C for 4-5 days under protection of nitrogen, carrying out reaction, pouring product into absolute ethanol, centrifugally washing for 5-8 times with absolute ethanol, washing with tetrahydrofuran and dichloromethane each for 2-4 times, vacuumizing drying at 50-80 degrees C, and (iii) preparing modified graphene oxide/polyethersulfone complex anticorrosive coating. USE - The method is useful for preparing modified graphene oxide/polyethersulfone complex anticorrosive coating. ADVANTAGE - The modified graphene oxide: is uniform; stably disperses in polyethersulfone matrix resin; utilizes the 'labyrinth effect' and its own excellent sheet-layer shielding performance; fills the micropores and gaps in the polyethersulfone resin; and greatly improves the anti-corrosion performance of the coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a modified graphene oxide/polyethersulfone complex anticorrosive coating prepared by above mentioned method.
