▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing high heat conducting graphene thick film, comprises wetting single-layer graphene film was wetted with ethanol, placing in a dopamine modification solution, and fully modifying and initially thermally reducing at 60℃, filtering and washing single-layer graphene membrane after modification and preliminary thermal reduction, adding into a vacuum furnace, and drying at 80-100℃, stacking single-layer graphene film after many layers of drying and compacting at 300-500℃ under 10-20 Mpa, maintaining compacted graphene film at 200-300℃ under 200-300 Mpa for 6 hours, subjecting graphene film after heat preservation to secondary thermal reduction at 2600-3000℃. The protective gas of the secondary heat reduction is inert gas. The inert gas is argon, nitrogen or helium. The reducing gas of secondary thermal reduction is hydrogen. USE - The method is useful for preparing high heat conducting graphene thick film. ADVANTAGE - The method solves the problem that the orientation is not uniform caused by irregular arrangement of each layer of graphene film. The graphene film stack thickness is reduced, the graphene film thickness is improved, and the original radiating ability is greatly preserved. Large scale low-cost preparation of high heat-conducting graphene thick film is realized. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a high heat-conducting graphene thick film. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flow chart of the method for high heat-conducting graphene thick film preparation (Drawing includes non-English language text).
