NOVELTY - Preparation of aniline oligomer-modified graphene comprises treating graphite oxide with reducing agent at 20-100 degrees C for 2-24 hours, cooling to room temperature, centrifuging, washing and vacuum drying at 40-100 degrees C for 2-24 hours; adding aniline oligomer, mixing ultrasonically, dispersing in organic solvent, adding dicyclohexylcarbodiimide and 4-dimethylaminopyridine and stirring at 30-300 revolutions/minute; heating at 50-100 degrees C for 12-48 hours, washing with acetone, ethanol and distilled water, drying and treating with 1 mol/L hydrochloric acid or dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid for 8-12 hours. USE - Method for preparing aniline oligomer-modified graphene (claimed) used as capacitor or solar cell. ADVANTAGE - The graphene has improved specific capacitance by about 160 farad/g.
