NOVELTY - Method for preparing graphene heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating, involves (i) modifying graphene by mechanical ultrasonic method to obtain a modified graphene, (ii) adding modified graphene and binder to epoxy resin, mixing and drying to obtain an epoxy resin doped with modified graphene, granulating using a twin screw extruder at a feed section temperature of 130-140 degrees C, discharge port temperature of 135-155 degrees C, and middle section temperature of 190-210 degrees C, and drying to obtain an epoxy resin masterbatch doped with modified graphene, where amount of modified graphene in epoxy resin doped with modified graphene is 10-50 %mass, and amount of binder in epoxy resin doped with modified graphene is 0.1-1 %mass, (iii) crushing epoxy resin masterbatch doped with modified graphene in a crusher to obtain modified graphene epoxy powder with 200-500 mesh, and (iv) spraying modified graphene epoxy resin powder with 200-500 mesh by electrostatic spraying method. USE - The method is used for preparing graphene heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating. ADVANTAGE - The graphene heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating solves the problem that the graphene blending amount in the existing heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating is low and cannot meet the better heavy-duty anti-corrosion requirements.
