▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Metal organic framework component comprises graphene nanocomposite ligand, cobalt coordination metal, zirconium coordination metal, mineralizer, catalyst, acid binding agent, organic solvent, and two different organic ligands containing dicarboxy structure. The framework component is a three-dimensional porous grid-shaped crystal structure having BET specific surface area of 500-1700 m2/g, and crystal size of 0.2-0.6 mu m. The crystal structure is a regular octahedral structure having a uniform size, and shape. USE - Used as metal organic framework component. ADVANTAGE - The component: improves crystal crystallization degree, and specific surface area; breaks the limits of metal-organic framework (MOF) neutral framework; has better adsorption effect, excellent electrical and optical properties, and excellent toughness; meets market demand; and is easy to popularize. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the metal organic framework component, comprising (i) preparing cobalt salt solution comprising slowly adding to a container containing N,N-dimethylformamide solvent, mechanically stirring for fully dissolving zirconium chloride, which is referred to as solution A, (ii) preparing cobalt salt solution comprising dissolving cobalt salt in methanol solvent, where mass ratio of cobalt salt, and methanol is 1:1, to obtain methanol solution of cobalt salt, which is referred to as solution B, (iii) preparing graphene nano solution comprising separating graphene from graphite by mechanical peeling method, redox method, silicon carbide epitaxial growth method, adding graphene to a container containing N,N-dimethylformamide solvent, mechanically stirring, fully dissolving, and marking as solution C, (iv) preparing phthalic acid solution comprising adding terephthalic acid to a container containing N,N-dimethylformamide solvent, mechanically stirring, fully dissolving, and marking as solution D, (v) preparing pyridine dicarboxylic acid solution comprising adding pyridine dicarboxylic acid to a container containing N,N-dimethylformamide solvent, mechanically stirring, fully dissolving, and marking as solution E, (vi) preparing catalyst, and acid binding agent comprising preparing specific amount of catalyst solution, and acid binding agent solution, where catalyst solution is solution F, and acid solution is solution F, (vii) mixing solution C, solution D, and solution E under the action of solution F for carrying out condensation reaction at 80-95 degrees C for 24-36 hours to obtain mixed solution G, (viii) pre-freezing solution A, solution B, and solution G at -45 degrees C to -55 degrees C for 12-24 hours, and (ix) preparing components for metal organic framework comprising adding the solution A dropwise to the solution G, mechanically stirring to obtain mixed solution H, then slowly adding solution B dropwise to the solution H, further adding the catalyst solution F, continuously performing mechanical under ultra-low temperature conditions, and continuously stirring the mixture to obtain the finished product.
