NOVELTY - The security chip (1) has electronic circuit formed on an elastic layer of nanocomposite graphene material withan antenna (2), an electroluminescent element (4) and an electromotive force processing chip (3) adapted to process the signal received by the DC powered security chip. The elastic layer graphene nanocomposite material has a layer of graphene arranged on an adhesive layer, preferably polymer. USE - Security chip for banknotes. ADVANTAGE - The security chip is made of a nanocomposite ensures its integrity, hardness, flexibility and resistance to compression, and the second is a monatomic layer of graphene, which provides conductive properties while maintaining the transparency of the material. The security chip according to the technological modification is not limited by the current circuit.
