▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Heat-conducting elastomer comprises 100 pts. wt. elastic matrix and 5-20 pts. wt. heat-conducting filler. The heat conducting filler comprises 10-20 pts. wt. graphene oxide and 80-90 pts. wt. one-dimensional nano boron nitride. The one-dimensional nanometer boron nitride is modified by hydroxyl and carboxyl. USE - Heat-conducting elastomer used for preparing thermally conductive dielectric elastomer material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The heat-conducting elastomer promotes heat conduction elastomer's heat conductivity, reduces heat conduction filler quantity, and balances heat conduction elastomer's heat conductivity and mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing heat-conducting elastomer, which involves: a. dispersing heat-conducting filler in solvent, and adding monomer of elastic matrix; b. stirring system uniformly, heating to 50-120degrees Celsius in protective gas, initiating polymerization, and carrying out solid-liquid separation and drying; c. adding product into double-screw granulator, and extruding and granulating to obtain heat-conducting elastomer; and d. granulating, where die head temperature of double-helix granulator is 120-180degrees Celsius, and vacuum degree is 0.04-0.05 megapascal.
