NOVELTY - Modified graphene nitrile rubber latex, is claimed. The preparation of the modified graphene nitrile rubber latex comprises e.g. (1) selecting nitrile rubber masterbatch, adding into crusher for crushing process, and crushing to obtain crushed rubber; (2) adding the organic solvent to the container, heating it to obtain heated solvent; (3) adding the crushed rubber to the heated solvent, uniformly stirring to obtain 15-25% concentration of glue solution; (4) adding emulsifier solution to the glue solution to adjust the concentration to 8-12% to obtain low concentration glue solution; (5) passing the low-concentration glue solution into the emulsifying tank of the shearing machine, and shearing to obtain shear glue solution; (6) passing the shear glue solution into the evaporation tank, heating it, pumping negative pressure, recycling the organic solvent to obtain a viscous glue solution with concentration of 20-25%; and (7) heating the viscous glue solution. USE - Used as modified graphene nitrile rubber latex. ADVANTAGE - The rubber latex: has uniformity, structural strength and stability; and can actively improves the quality of follow-up products. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Modified graphene nitrile rubber latex, is claimed. The preparation of the modified graphene nitrile rubber latex comprises (1) selecting nitrile rubber masterbatch, adding into a crusher for crushing process, and crushing to obtain crushed rubber; (2) adding the organic solvent to the container, heating it to 50-60 degrees C for 10-20 minutes to obtain heated solvent; (3) adding the crushed rubber to the heated solvent, uniformly stirring for 40-60 minutes at rate of 20-30 revolutions per minute to obtain 15-25% concentration of glue solution; (4) adding emulsifier solution to the glue solution to adjust the concentration to 8-12% to obtain low concentration glue solution; (5) passing the low-concentration glue solution into the emulsifying tank of the shearing machine, and shearing at rate of 5-8 meters per second for 50-80 minutes to obtain shear glue solution; (6) passing the shear glue solution into the evaporation tank, heating it to 30-40 degrees C, pumping negative pressure -0.05 to -0.02 MP, recycling the organic solvent to obtain a viscous glue solution with concentration of 20-25%; (7) heating the viscous glue solution to 70-80 degrees C, pumping negative pressure to -0.1 MPa to -0.08 MPa, evaporating and concentrating to obtain a concentrated glue solution with concentration of 40-50%; and (8) adding potassium hydroxide solution to the thick glue solution, and adjusting the pH to 8-9 to obtain the nitrile rubber latex.
