NOVELTY - Graphene concrete wire pole comprises carbon fiber mesh, reinforcing steel bar and concrete, where concrete includes 130-170 pts. wt. cement, 20-30 pts. wt. kaolin, 15-25 pts. wt. gravel, 20-30 pts. wt. steel slag, 16-30 pts. wt. coal gangue, 15-30 pts. wt. fly ash, 20-30 pts. wt. coarse sand, 40-60 pts. wt. medium sand, 18-32 pts. wt. graphene, 10-22 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 8-15 pts. wt. chopped carbon fiber, 12-16 pts. wt. epoxy acrylate resin, 180-200 pts. wt. water and 2-8 pts. wt. water reducing agent. USE - The pole is useful in the field of electrical materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene concrete wire pole comprising (i) weighing cement, kaolin, gravel, steel slag, coal gangue, fly ash, coarse sand, medium sand, graphene, silane coupling agent, chopped carbon fiber, epoxy acrylate resin, water, water reducing agent, carbon fiber mesh and reinforcing steel bar, (ii) adding graphene and silane coupling agent into water (3-5 times), and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain graphene dispersion, (iii) adding cement, kaolin, gravel, steel slag, coal gangue, fly ash, coarse sand, medium sand, water reducing agent and remaining water into stirred tank, stirring and mixing at a speed of 90-120 revolution/minute for 70-100 minutes to obtain mixture, (iv) heating epoxy acrylate resin and chopped carbon fiber at 80 plus minus 5 degrees C, stirring and mixing for first time, adding mixture obtained in step (iii), stirring and mixing for second time, then adding graphene dispersion obtained in step (ii), stirring and mixing mixture for third time to obtain concrete slurry, and (v) distributing concrete slurry obtained in step (iv) in electric pole mold which is internally filled with a carbon fiber mesh and steel bar inserted by a distributing machine, performing tensioning process, compacting by centrifugal process, allowing to stand for 1.5-3 hours, heating at 100 plus minus 10 degrees C for 24 hours in a steam curing kiln, and demolding to obtain graphene concrete wire pole.
