NOVELTY - The antenna has an insulation medium substrate (1) whose surface is provided with a light-transmitting thin film patch (2), a film strip and a feeder line (4). The light-transmitting thin film patch and the film strip are made of graphene material. A transition substrate of a single layer or multi layer graphene thin film is transferred to the insulation medium substrate surface that is made of boron nitride, silicon dioxide, sapphire, magnesium fluoride, spinel, aluminum and zinc sulfide or zinc selenide. A connecting electrode (5) is connected with the graphene thin film. USE - Graphene micro-strip antenna. ADVANTAGE - The antenna replaces metal patch and metal ground using the transparent graphene thin film for microwave/optical or millimeter wave/optical double-mode non-shielding, common aperture detection and communication application. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a graphene micro-strip antenna manufacturing method.
