▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene covalently functionalized with organic molecule is produced by successively performing step (a) of bombarding surface of system consisting of graphene and non-metallic substrate, with beam of noble gas ions at a pressure of 1x 10-7-1x 10-8 mbar for 30-120 s, in which the system is inside a chamber at an initial pressure of less than or equal to 1x 10-9 mbar, and energy of noble gas ions is 100-140 eV, step (b) of optionally heat-treating the system obtained in step (a) at 450-550 degrees C for 5-10 minutes, and step (c) of subjecting graphene surface of step (a) or step (b) to organic molecule exposure. USE - Production of graphene covalently functionalized with organic molecule for manufacture of electronics and sensors. ADVANTAGE - The method can effectively control the electronic and optical properties of graphene and improve conductivity and stability of functionalized graphene.
