NOVELTY - The electric heating floor has an upper skin (1), a heating element (2), a sandwich material plate (3), a lower skin (4) and a composite material edge sealing profile (5). They are made of high-temperature-resistant polyurethane and epoxy structural adhesive bonded to each other. The upper skin and the lower skin use benzoxazine as a glass fiber reinforced resin matrix composite material. The benzoxazine is used as the resin matrix, and multiaxial woven cloth felt is used as the reinforcing material. The sandwich material plate adopts glass fiber reinforced phenolic foam composite material with three-dimensional reinforced structure. The composite material edge sealing profile is obtained by pultrusion molding with benzoxazine as a matrix, and a connecting step is provided on the connecting surface of the composite material edge banding profile.
