NOVELTY - Method for preparing modified beta -cyclodextrin-graphene oxide composite material involves (a) weighing 5 g beta -cyclodextrin and adding to 40 ml dimethylformamide to fully dissolve, adding 5.9 ml KH560 (RTM: 3-Glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane), and finally adding 0.1 g sodium hydroxide, heating after the reaction and stirring at 55 degrees C under nitrogen protection for 48 hours, adding 30-40 ml acetone to precipitate a white precipitate, filtering with suction, rinsing the precipitate with acetone, and (b) weighing 1 g modified beta -cyclodextrin obtained in step (A), adding into 30 ml distilled water, adding glacial acetic acid to adjust the pH to 4-6, stirring for 1 hour to hydrolyze, and adding 0.1 g graphene oxide, ultrasonically dispersing for 40 minutes to uniformly disperse graphene oxide in the solution, washing the obtained precipitate with distilled water, centrifuged again, and after repeated 5 times, vacuum-drying the precipitate at 40 degrees C to obtain the product. USE - The method is used for preparing modified beta -cyclodextrin-graphene oxide composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method acts as an excellent carrier, incorporates with corrosion inhibitor molecules, releases the molecules uniformly and slowly, prolongs the corrosion inhibition effect of the corrosion inhibitor molecules, improves the solubility of cyclodextrin, and improves the corrosion resistance of the coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing modified beta -cyclodextrin-graphene oxide composite material involves (a) weighing 5 g beta -cyclodextrin and adding it to 40 ml dimethylformamide to fully dissolve it, adding 5.9 ml KH560 (RTM: 3-Glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane), and finally adding 0.1 g sodium hydroxide, heating after the reaction and stirring at 55 degrees C under nitrogen protection for 48 hours, adding 30-40 ml acetone to precipitate a white precipitate, filtering with suction, rinsing the precipitate with acetone, repeating 5 times to obtain a white product, vacuum-drying at 40 degrees C to obtain modified beta -cyclodextrin, and (b) weighing 1 g modified beta -cyclodextrin obtained in step (A), adding into 30 ml distilled water, adding glacial acetic acid to adjust the pH to 4-6, stirring for 1 hour to hydrolyze, and adding 0.1 g graphene oxide, ultrasonically dispersing for 40 minutes to uniformly disperse graphene oxide in the solution, stirring and reacting at 90 degrees C for 10 hours, and centrifuging the solution with a centrifuge, controlling the centrifuge speed to 4000 rpm, washing the obtained precipitate with distilled water, centrifuged again, and after repeated 5 times, vacuum-drying the precipitate at 40 degrees C to obtain the product.
