NOVELTY - Preparation of high-yield strength copper-based alloy blank comprises mixing 75 wt.% pure copper ingot and 14 wt.% pure silver ingot, heating to 1050-1700 degrees C to melt, keeping temperature for 10 minutes under argon gas protection, adding 10 wt.% pure silver powder and 1 wt.% graphene powder, fully stirring for 1-5 minutes, mechanically stirring, cooling to 900-1600 degrees C, keeping temperature for 10-15 minutes, melt casting, cooling by circulating water to form ingots, cooling to room temperature at speed of 50-200 degrees C/minute to obtain blank, heating to 700-720 degrees C, keeping temperature for 1 hour, forging to reduction rate of 20-40%, air-cooling to room temperature, heating to 500 degrees C, keeping temperature for 1 hour, air-cooling to room temperature, heating to 400 degrees C, keeping temperature for 1 hour, forging to reduction rate of 10-30%, air-cooling to room temperature, heating to 300 degrees C, keeping temperature for 1 hour, forging to reduction rate of 10-30% and air-cooling to room temperature.
