NOVELTY - Preparation of polypropylene fiber involves adding graphene oxide into edible fish solution, carrying out normal temperature (20-30 degrees C) stirring for half an hour, filtering, washing with water, drying, adding 1g treated product into 50 ml isopropanol, adding 0.01-0.02 g KH570 (RTM: ( gamma )-methacryloyloxypropyltrimethoxysilane) in drops, stirring at 40 degrees C for 4 hours, spray-drying to obtain modified graphene oxide raw material, uniformly mixing 0.5-1 pt. wt. modified graphene oxide raw materials with 100 pts. wt. propylene monomer, adding polypropylene catalyst under normal temperature condition, polymerizing for 30 minutes to complete pre-polymerization stage, raising polymerization reaction to 70 degrees C, carrying out constant-temperature polymerization at 70 degrees C, granulating polymerization product to obtain graphene oxide-polypropylene masterbatch, and melt spinning above obtained graphene oxide-polypropylene master batch at 250-320 degrees C.
