NOVELTY - Graphene water-based paint comprises 10-15 pts. wt. graphene, 10-18 pts. wt. bio-diatomite, 30-60 pts. wt. water-based resin, 30-50 pts. wt. deionized water, 8-10 pts. wt. zinc borate, 3-6 pts. wt. defoamer, 10-25 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride resin, 8-18 pts. wt. polyurethane adhesive, 4-20 pts. wt. mica powder, 1-15 pts. wt. asphalt , 3-15 pts. wt. thickening, 1-6 pts. wt. anti-settling agent, 6-8 pts. wt. pH regulator and curing agent. USE - Graphene water-based paint. ADVANTAGE - The graphene water-based paint has flame resistance, generation of a negative oxygen ion, good antibacterial function, good heat resistance, releases a lot of negative oxygen ion, antibacterial, corrosion resistance, weather resistance, removes the formaldehyde in the dust, and solves the problem that the existing paint processing made out of graphite paint release of negative oxygen ions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a graphene water-based paint, which involves: (A) adding diatomite and graphene to the ball mill mixer and stirring, sieving mixture of diatomite and graphene through a sieve plate, and adding the mixture of diatomite and graphene after sieving in a mixing tank; (B) adding water-based resin, deionized water, zinc borate and defoaming agent to the mixing tank separately, stirring during the addition process, slowly heating up to 80 degrees C, starting slow stirring for 40-50 minutes; (C) pouring the mixture into a centrifuge and centrifuging and filtering, the motor speed of the centrifuge is 3000r, and the centrifugal filtration time of the mixture is 5-10 minutes to prepare a mixed solution; (D) adding the mixed liquid prepared by centrifugal filtration to the blender, and adding polyvinyl chloride resin and polyurethane adhesive to the blender for stirring, and adding the mica powder and asphalt to the blender for stirring; (E) adding thickening anti-settling agent to the mixed solution, starting slow stirring, heating up to 90 degrees C after 30 minutes, holding for 1 hours, adding pH adjuster and measuring the acid value, and measuring the acid value every 20 minutes when the detected acid value reaches the theoretical design value, adding curing agent and stirring for 20-30 minutes; and (F) adding dispersed materials to the filter for filtration, and the fineness is 20-40 micrometer material, and packaging the filtered material.
