NOVELTY - Preparing graphene oxide/hexagonal boron nitride three-dimensional composite foam, comprises carrying out first impregnation of melamine foam in graphene oxide solution, and carrying out second impregnation in positively charged modified hexagonal boron nitride solution, and drying the obtained foam material by dipping to obtain final product; where the first impregnation and the second impregnation are carrying out in a cycle, and the number of cycles is greater than or equal to 0. USE - The graphene oxide/hexagonal boron nitride three-dimensional composite foam is useful in preparing double network structure epoxy composite material as solid self-lubricating material for lubrication (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite foam: epoxy matrix is reinforced with graphene oxide/hexagonal boron nitride three-dimensional composite foam, which has low friction coefficient and low wear rate, high thermal conductivity, and excellent tribological properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for double network structure epoxy composite material, comprising graphene oxide/hexagonal boron nitride three-dimensional composite foam and an epoxy matrix infused in the graphene oxide/hexagonal boron nitride three-dimensional composite foam; where the raw materials for preparation of epoxy matrix includes epoxy resin, curing agent, accelerator and reinforcing filler.
