NOVELTY - A platinum-cobalt-graphene nano electrocatalyst comprises 10-40 %mass platinum as active component, 5-30 %mass co-catalyst cobalt and remainder of graphene as supporter. USE - Platinum-cobalt-graphene nano electrocatalyst is used for fuel battery. ADVANTAGE - The platinum-cobalt-graphene nano electrocatalyst is prepared, by a simple process with reduced energy consumption. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of platinum-cobalt-graphene nano electrocatalyst, which involves dispersing graphite oxide nanosheets in polyalcohol, adding chloroplatinic acid solution, cobalt chloride solution and sodium acetate solution, mixing uniformly, reacting in a microwave hydrothermal reactor, filtering, washing and drying.
