NOVELTY - Low-alkali scale inhibitor comprises 40-55 pts. wt. sodium petroleum sulfonate, 45-55 pts. wt. imidazoline phosphate, 20-40 pts. wt. solvent, 10-15 pts. wt. fungicides, 10-20 pts. wt. preservatives, 5-10 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 0.1-0.15 pts. wt. amide surfactants and 0.01-0.04 pts. wt. dispersants. The solvent is a mixture of water, methanol, and ethanol. USE - Low-alkali scale inhibitor. ADVANTAGE - The low-alkali scale inhibitor has good dispersion performance, low toxicity, compatible materials, high temperature resistance and chloride resistance, and effectively prevents scale from attaching to the pipe again. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing low-alkali scale inhibitor, which involves: (A) weighing each raw material according to mass ratio of the low-alkali scale inhibitor component; (B) taking graphene oxide for microwave irradiation; (C) adding to a solvent and dispersant with ultrasonic dispersion; and (D) adding remaining raw materials to the graphene oxide solution with stirring to obtain the low-alkali scale inhibitor.
