NOVELTY - Electrochemical quick preparation of graphene-based single-atom catalyst in batches, comprises e.g. (1) adding metal sulfate, metal nitrate or metal chloride into stirrer containing deionized water, uniformly stirring, controlling speed of stirrer, after metal salt is fully dissolved, preparing into metal salt solution; where metal sulfate is nickel sulfate, ferrous sulfate or cobalt sulfate, the metal nitrate is zinc nitrate, and metal chloride is copper chloride; (2) taking carbon source with length of 1-10 cm and width of 1-10 cm as working electrode, and 2x 2 cm2 platinum sheet as counter electrode, using metal salt solution obtained in step (1) as electrolyte, applying DC voltage for electrochemical activation under two-electrode system, setting voltage, controlling activation time, obtaining activated graphene sheet, where carbon source is one of graphite foil, graphite sheet, carbon paper or carbon cloth; and (3) repeatedly washing activated graphene sheet with deionized water. USE - The catalyst is useful in water decomposition catalytic reaction (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The catalyst: explores catalytic activity in water oxidation reaction, high catalytic activity, and stable active material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Electrochemical quick preparation of graphene-based single-atom catalyst in batches, comprises (1) adding 0.3-0.8 g metal sulfate, metal nitrate or metal chloride into stirrer containing 25 ml deionized water, uniformly stirring for 5-10 minutes, controlling the speed of the stirrer at 300-500 revolutions/minute, after metal salt is fully dissolved, preparing into metal salt solution (0.08-0.1 mol/l); where the metal sulfate is nickel sulfate, ferrous sulfate or cobalt sulfate, the metal nitrate is zinc nitrate, and metal chloride is copper chloride; (2) taking a carbon source with length of 1-10 cm and width of 1-10 cm as working electrode, and 2x 2 cm2 platinum sheet as counter electrode, using the metal salt solution obtained in step (1) as electrolyte, applying DC voltage for electrochemical activation under two-electrode system, setting voltage at 5-15 V, controlling activation time at 1-3 minutes, obtaining activated graphene sheet, where carbon source is one of graphite foil, graphite sheet, carbon paper or carbon cloth; and (3) repeatedly washing the activated graphene sheet obtained in step (2) with deionized water for 3-5 times, placing it in a vacuum drying oven for 8-12 hours, controlling the drying temperature at 60-80 degrees C, to obtain target material graphene-based single-atom catalyst.
