NOVELTY - Manufacturing cool pad fabric comprises preparing a batch chip manufactured in a chip state, mixing additives with the batch chip to prepare a master batch chip, preparing a yarn using the master batch chip, immersing yarn in an immersion liquid, taking out and separating the yarn immersed in the immersion liquid and drying, coating the binder on the dried yarn and drying to prepare a coated yarn, preparing a coating yarn coated with polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) by combining and heat-treating coated yarn and the polyvinyl alcohol film, twisting and stretching, weaving using the stretched coated yarn, and washing the woven coating yarn with hot water to prepare a cool pad fabric. The batch chip is polyester batch chips. The additives includes 280-320 pts. wt. batch chip, 1-3 pts. wt. graphene, 1-3 pts. wt. thermally conductive polymer, and 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. photocatalyst and 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. zinc oxide. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing cool pad fabric (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The cool pad fabric: provides good breathability; circulates air through the skin to reduce skin irritation and prevents skin troubles; has excellent antibacterial properties; provides hygiene, thermal insulation, and heat radiation; blocks /-90% of sunlight; increases air permeability; is stable, durable and economical; reflects sunlight rather than absorbing it; prevents the temperature rise of the fabric itself; prevents rise of moisture or sweat generated in the body, so that the moisture absorbed in the fabric cools down; and has excellent cooling function.
