▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene doped lithium iron phosphate is prepared by mixing lithium source compound, iron salt compound, phosphorus salt, and graphene or doped metal element at molar ratio of 0.95-1.05:1:1:0.05-0.5, ball milling at less than or equal to 40 degrees C for 3-10 hours, calcining at 350-500 degrees C for 7-15 hours in nitrogen or argon gas, adding carbon source at mass ratio of 1:0.02-0.1, grinding in ball mill with dispersant at less than or equal to 40 degrees C for 3-10 hours, vacuum drying, firing at 650-800 degrees C for 7-15 hours in nitrogen or argon gas, crushing, and classifying. USE - Method for preparing graphene doped lithium iron phosphate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The preparation improves the conductivity, ion diffusion rate, and performance of the material.
