USE - Vortex graphene peeling off device used for graphene production (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) graphene production system comprising vortex graphene peeling off device, product storage tank, upper layer suspension liquid storage tank, centrifuge, vacuum filtering device and vacuum freeze-drying device; and (2) production of graphene comprising adding graphite flakes and solvent into vortex graphene peeling off device, adding dispersant, dispersing, heating at 80-150 degrees C and 0.1-5 MPa, stirring at rotating speed of 1000-20000 revolutions/minute (rpm) for at least 3 hours, discharging upper layer graphene suspension liquid into storage tank, standing for 12-24 hours, conveying into centrifuge, centrifuging at rotating speed of 1000-6000 rpm for 10 minutes to 2 hours, taking upper clear liquid, vacuum filtering to obtain filter cake, washing with distilled water and vacuum freeze-drying for more than 3 hours.
