PTFE, 10-40 pts. wt. hollow glass microspheres, 1-10 pts. wt. expandable microspheres, 3-5 pts. wt. foam masterbatch, 1-2 pts. wt. antioxidant, 4-8 pts. wt. stabilizer, 0.5-1 pt. wt. blending agent, 1-6 pts. wt. graphene, 1-3 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.5-3 pts. wt. lubricant, and 5-10 pts. wt. coupling agent. USE - The high temperature resistant lightweight thermoplastic elastomer material is used for aerospace, petrochemical industry, mechanical electronic and cable application. ADVANTAGE - The thermoplastic elastomer material has excellent wear resistance and high temperature resistance, low density, lightweight while still has excellent anti-impact strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the high temperature resistant lightweight thermoplastic elastomer material, which involves (i) mixing PTFE, 40-60% hollow glass microspheres, expandable microspheres, blending agent, coupling agent, antioxidant, stabilizer, graphene, dispersant, and lubricant, and banburying at 240-300℃ for 15-30minutes to obtain a mixture (A), (ii) adding the mixture (A) to a twin-screw machine for mixing, where 15-30% of hollow glass microspheres and the remainder of hollow glass microspheres are added in batches at 135-195℃ to obtain a mixture (B), (iii) adding the mixture (B) to a single-screw machine for granulation to obtain a mixture (C), and (iv) uniformly mixing the mixture (C) and foam masterbatch to obtain the high-temperature-resistant lightweight thermoplastic elastomer material.
