The prepared raw silk is subjected to post-processing of oil immersion drafting, water bath drafting, steam drafting, heat setting, cutting, and packaging to obtain the target polyester staple fiber. The mixing ratio of the modified nano-alpha-alumina, modified nano-graphene and polyester chips is 0.2-0.7:0.1-20:100.
