NOVELTY - Faux granite coating comprises 20-35 pts. wt. natural colored stones, 10-15 pts. wt. glass fiber, 15-25 pts. wt. rock pieces, 30-40 pts. wt. pure acrylic emulsion, 26-35 pts. wt. styrene-acrylic emulsion, 40-60 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 35-46 pts. wt. silica sol, 15-20 pts. wt. polydimethylsiloxane, 18-26 pts. wt. graphene velvet, 10-16 pts. wt. film-forming aids, 9-12 pts. wt. mildew-retarding agents, 8-15 pts. wt. defoaming agents, 10-20 pts. wt. thickener, 30-45 pts. wt. calcium carbonate, 5040 15-20 pts. wt. sodium salt dispersant and 80-100 pts. wt. water. USE - Used as faux granite coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has good dehydration film-forming, crack resistance, good weather resistance and stain resistance, and has good use effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing faux granite coating comprising (i) grinding natural colored stone, glass fiber and graphene velvet into raw powders of 80-120 mesh, 100-150 mesh and 140-200 mesh, (ii) adding natural colored stone, glass fiber, film-forming aid and defoaming agents to the reactor, adding 5 pts. wt. natural colored stone to the reaction kettle, mixing for 20 plus minus 5 minutes at a speed of 1200-1500 revolutions/minute and spray-drying to granulate to obtain aggregate and (iii) adding aggregate, pure acrylic emulsion, styrene-acrylic emulsion, silica sol, polydimethylsiloxane, acrylic resin, and mildew-retarding agents to the reaction kettle, adding water (4-8) times the weight of the aggregate to the reaction kettle, mixing for 20 plus minus 5 minutes at a speed of 900-1100 revolutions/minute, during this time, adding thickener to the mixture in (3-4) times, rock flakes and graphene velvet raw powder, and continuously stirring until the viscosity of the mixture is 80-82 kp.
