▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Nanocomplex comprises a microorganism being immobilized in a nanomaterial, where the nanomaterial is a graphene oxide based nanocomplex, and the microorganism is a Paracoccus aminovoransstrain HPD-2 (CGMCC No. 2568). USE - The nanocomplex is useful in preparation of a product for performing microbial remediation of soil contaminated with polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nanocomplex has strong applicability to the environment, ensures a stable performance of a degradation function of PAHs degradation microorganisms, improves a degradation efficiency of traditional immobilized microbial preparations, and shortens a cycle of microbial remediation on PAHs-contaminated soil. The preparation method has simple operations, low costs and desirable effects, has a prospect of large-scale industrial production, and is suitable for in-situ remediation of the PAHs-contaminated soil without secondary pollution. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparing the nanocomplex for microbial remediation, which involves (a) preparing P.aminovoransbacterial cell by subjecting P.aminovoransHPD-2 to expansion culture in an LB medium to obtain a P.aminovoransHFD-2 bacterial cell designated as a bacterial cell solution A, (b) preparing a graphene oxide-based nanocomplex embedding agent by dissolving sodium alginate in 65-75° C deionized water, stirring to obtain a sodium alginate solution of 1-3 %mass, adding the LB medium to the sodium alginate solution, mixing evenly, sterilizing at 0.12 MPa and 121° C for 20 minutes and adding graphene oxide to obtain a solution designated as solution B, (c) preparing a cross-linking agent calcium chloride solution by dissolving anhydrous calcium chloride in deionized water to obtain a calcium chloride solution of 1-3 %mass, as a solution C, and (d) preparing a nanomaterial-immobilized microbial remediation agent by adding the bacterial cell A to solution B in a volume ratio of 1:9, stirring and mixing uniformly, adding a obtained mixture drop wise to 500 ml of solution C, stirring slowly, cross-linking, filtering and washing with a 1% normal saline solution to obtain nanocomplex for microbial remediation.
