▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - An ultrathin graphene sample-manufacturing apparatus (20) comprises a graphite electrode (21), a counter electrode (22) formed from graphite, corrosion-resistant alloy or precious metal, an electrolyte (25) in which one end side of the two electrodes (21,22) is immersed, a container (24) for retaining the electrolyte, power supply (28) connected to the two electrodes (21,22) by wires (26,27) and porous filter (23), such that immersion portion of the graphite electrode in the electrolyte is covered. USE - Apparatus is used for manufacture of ultrathin graphene sample for manufacture of capacitor (all claimed) e.g. double-layered capacitor. Uses include but are not limited to panel industry, electrode of photovoltaic solar cell, touchscreen, personal computer, electronic component and battery. ADVANTAGE - The ultrathin graphene sample is efficiently and economically prepared with high yield and thermal conductivity, using the apparatus, by a simple process. The capacitor obtained by the capacitor has excellent durability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) manufacture of ultrathin graphene sample, which involves using counter electrode as cathode and a graphite electrode as an anode and applying voltage between electrodes; and (2) manufacture of capacitor, which involves molding the powder obtained by filtering the liquid in which the powder containing ultrathin graphene sample is dispersed, cleaning, drying and producing capacitor using the resultant powder containing ultrathin graphene sample as electrode.
