▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An optically-transparent and electroconductive film comprises metal nanowires or carbon nanotubes combined with pristine graphene with a metal nanowire-to-graphene or carbon nanotube-to-graphene weight ratio of 1/99-99/1, and has an optical transparency of more than 80% and a sheet resistance of less than 300 Omega /square. The pristine graphene is single-crystalline and comprises no oxygen and hydrogen. USE - Optically-transparent and electroconductive film is used for electro-optic device e.g. photovoltaic or solar cell, LED, photodetector, touchscreen, electrowetting display, liquid crystal display, plasma display, LED display, television screen, computer screen, and mobile phone screen (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The optically-transparent and electroconductive film exhibits both exceptionally high optical transmittance and low sheet resistance (or high electroconductivity). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for production of optically-transparent and electroconductive film.
