NOVELTY - Method for preparing graphene nano-adsorbent involves (a) dissolving graphite oxide in tetrapropylammonium hydroxide solution and distilled water, and mixing uniformly, (b) adding cetyltrimethylammonium bromide to the obtained solution and stirring continuously to obtain a homogeneous mixture, (c) placing mixture in water bath and maintaining at constant temperature, and (d) filtering mixture and drying filtrate to obtain the product. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene nano-adsorbent (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, and enables to prepare nano-adsorbent having excellent adsorption ability. The graphene nano-adsorbent is easy to isolate.
