NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-based conductive ink comprises mixing concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid, adding multi-walled carbon nanotubes, stirring, diluting with water, subjecting to suction filtration and vacuum drying to obtain carboxylated carbon nanotube suspension, adding water into the polyvinylpyrrolidone to obtain dispersant solution, adding a carboxylated carbon nanotube suspension, and ultrasonically dispersing, then adding deionized water into silver oxalate to disperse uniformly, then adding aqueous ammonia, adding structure inducer, transferring to polyethylene plastic bag, sealing with nitrogen gas, sealing with electron accelerator as radiation source, distilling and concentrating to obtain nano silver powder suspension, then adding epoxy resin, amine epoxy resin curing agent and graphene, mixing, adding to the previously obtained material, diluting with acetone, heating and stirring, then ultrasonically shaking, heating and stirring. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-based conductive ink. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene-based conductive ink comprises mixing concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid, adding multi-walled carbon nanotubes, stirring under constant temperature with magnetic pressure, diluting with water until the pH of the solution is neutral, subjecting to suction filtration and vacuum drying to obtain carboxylated carbon nanotube suspension, adding water into the polyvinylpyrrolidone to obtain dispersant solution, adding a carboxylated carbon nanotube suspension, and ultrasonically dispersing the carbon nanotube suspension, then adding deionized water into silver oxalate to disperse uniformly, then adding aqueous ammonia to adjust pH, adding structure inducer, transferring to polyethylene plastic bag, sealing with nitrogen gas, sealing with electron accelerator as radiation source, distilling under vacuum and concentrating to obtain nano silver powder suspension, then adding epoxy resin, amine epoxy resin curing agent and graphene, mixing, adding to the previously obtained material, diluting with acetone, heating and stirring after ultrasonic vibration treatment, then ultrasonically shaking, heating and stirring.
