NOVELTY - An aqueous ultra-fast dry anticorrosive paint comprises 40-70 pts. wt. BF8021 aqueous ultra-fast dry anticorrosive resin, 10-50 pts. wt. propylene glycol methyl ether, 0.4-1.6 pts. wt. BF911 dispersant, 0.8-2.0 pts. wt. BF505 antifoaming agent, 2-10 pts. wt. dimethylethanolamine, 2-6 pts. wt. triethanolamine, 2-6 pts. wt. BF219 base material wetting agent, 2-30 pts. wt. titanium pigment, 0.2-6 pts. wt. carbon black, 10-50 pts. wt. light calcium, 1-6 pts. wt. BF609 aqueous drier, 60-80 pts. wt. water, 7-7.5 pts. wt. 1,3-bis(3-aminopropyl)tetramethyl disiloxane, 5-7.5 pts. wt. alkali adhesive, 6-8 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 0.05-0.5 pt. wt. reducing agent and 1-2 pts. wt. zinc powder. USE - The aqueous ultra-fast dry anticorrosive paint is used for petroleum steel pipe (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The paint has short drying time, enhances anti-corrosion performance and improves mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing aqueous ultra-fast dry anticorrosive paint comprising: mixing potassium hydroxide and dimethyl silicone oil to react to obtain alkali adhesive, mixing 1,3-bis(3-aminopropyl)tetramethyl disiloxane, alkali adhesive and dimethyl silicone oil to react, and reducing pressure to obtain modified silicone oil; mixing natural graphite powder, concentrated sulfuric acid, dithiopotassium octahydrate and phosphorus oxide according to mass ratio of 100:2:1:1, adding into beaker, water bath heating, sealing and stirring for 3-6 hours, cooling and drying, adding natural graphite powder 0.1 times of potassium permanganate, dropping hydrogen peroxide until system becomes bright yellow, standing and layering, placing at normal temperature for 1 week to obtain graphene oxide, uniformly stirring graphene oxide and modified silicone oil under vacuum condition, and performing high temperature heat preservation to obtain modified graphene oxide/silicone oil; and adding water to dilute, adding hydrazine hydrate, filtering, drying to obtain reduced modified graphene/silicone oil, adding BF8021 aqueous ultra-fast dry anticorrosive resin and propylene glycol methyl ether into stirrer, adding BF911 dispersant, BF505 antifoaming agent, dimethylethanolamine, triethanolamine, BF219 base material wetting agent, titanium pigment, carbon black, light calcium, BF609 aqueous drier and water, stirring for 20-30 minutes at speed of 1800-2000 revolutions/minutes (rpm), orderly adding zinc powder and reduced modified graphene/silicone oil in stirrer, continuously stirring for 10-30 minutes at speed of 1800-2000 rpm, and standing for 2-3 hours.
