NOVELTY - The preparation method of graphene/copper nanocomposite heat sink involves dispersing copper powder in deionized water and then mixing, dispersing graphene powder in deionized water and then uniformly mixing, freeze-drying the mixture and then heat-treating, placing the mixture in a graphite mold, and sintering. USE - The method is useful for preparation of graphene/copper nanocomposite heat sink (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene/copper nanocomposite heat sink with excellent thermal conductivity, rigidity and radiation effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for graphene/copper nanocomposite heat sink prepared by the method.
