▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing ternary composite gas sensor comprises (i) using hydroxylated multi-wall carbon nanotubes and graphene oxide water dispersion, mixing and stirring, ultrasonic treatment and hydrothermal reduction, preparing reducing graphene oxide/hydroxylate multi-walled carbon nanofiber composite material, (ii) adding aniline monomers, hydrochloric acid and ammonium persulfate aqueous solution to initiate polymerization reaction to prepare a reducing graphene dioxide/hydroxyated polyaniline composite material and (iii) using thermal oxidation to grow a layer of silicon dioxide film on a silicon sheet, depositing a layer metal film on surface of silicone film by vacuum coating method, using mask and photoetching technology to form first electrode and a second electrode by metal film processing to obtain electrode substrate, and (iv) preparing sensor element attached with reducing graphene oxide/hydroxylated multi-wall carbon nano tube/polyaniline ternary composite film. USE - The method is useful for preparing ternary composite gas sensor, which is useful in gas-sensitive element and preparation technology field, and as an important organic gas sensor. ADVANTAGE - The ternary composite gas sensor has high sensitivity in response to ammonia gas, good selectivity and good repeatability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a ternary composite gas sensor. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of the side structure of the ternary composite sensor.
