▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Wear-resistant polypropylene composite material comprises 83.8-93.2 pts. wt. polypropylene, 3-8 pts. wt. toughening agent, 3-6 pts. wt. modified sheet molybdenum trioxide-graphene oxide (MoO3 -GO), 0.2-1 pts. wt. anti-oxidant, 0.4-0.6 pts. wt. lubricant and 0.2-0.6 pts. wt. coupling agent. The modified sheet MoO3-GO is prepared by vacuum-assisted resin transfer molding technology. USE - Wear-resistant polypropylene composite is used for components requiring high wear-resistance. ADVANTAGE - The material has improved wear resistance and strength. The MoO3-graphene oxide sheet of the material, is prepared by vacuum-assisted resin transfer molding technology, and material is prepared by twin-screw extrusion process, such that the parallel orientation along the flow direction of the melt, is distributed layer by layer, and when the surface of the material is stressed, the contact with the matrix resin is reduced, and the wear resistance of the material, is enhanced, and the strength of the material is increased at the same time, so that the material can be used in parts with high wear resistance requirements. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation of wearable polypropylene composite material, which involves: 1) mixing polypropylene with toughening agent, modified sheet MoO3-GO, antioxidant, lubricant, coupling agent, uniformly to form mixed material; 2) melting and extruding the mixed material with a double-screw extruder and granulating.
