NOVELTY - A tetrahedral-octet graphene-supported bi-photocatalyst is prepared by taking graphene, adding sulfuric acid and nitric acid concentrated mixed acid, heating at 85-100 degrees C for 2-8 hours, filtering, washing, drying, obtaining modified graphene, dissolving bismuth nitrate into anhydrous ethanol, adding modified graphene, ultrasonic dispersing for 0.5-1 hour, dissolving sodium hydroxide into 70-75 wt.% ethanol, adding prepared solution, adding cetyl trimethylammonium bromide and serine, stirring, carrying hydrothermal reaction at 180-200 degrees C for 2-4 hours, filtering, washing, and drying.
