▎ 摘　　要

NOVELTY - Plasma-induced transparent and chiral supersurface device of active regulation and control is composed of several periodically distributed unit structure, each unit structure comprises a silicon substrate layer, metal opening ring, crossbar, a tunable material filling layer. The cross bar in the unit structure is in the central position, four opening rings are respectively located in the four quadrants, where the opening of the opening ring in the second and the fourth quadrant is filled with vanadium dioxide. USE - Plasma-induced transparent and chiral supersurface device of active regulation and control. ADVANTAGE - The plasma-induced transparent and chiral super-surface device has simple structure, strong practicability and insensitive polarization.
