NOVELTY - High-strength functionalized graphene waterproof and antireflection film comprises substrate and a functionalized graphene film compounded on one side surface of the substrate, the functionalized graphene film being prepared from functionalized graphene quantum dots. The functionalized graphene quantum dots are prepared by mixing graphene oxide with a processing reagent and reacted to obtain functionalized graphene quantum dots. The treatment reagent is selected from one or more of surfactants, organic acids, inorganic acids, bases, hydrogen peroxide, alcohols, salts, and coupling agents. USE - High-strength functionalized graphene waterproof and antireflection film used in aerospace, marine engineering, underwater operations, automotive electronics, high-definition cameras, flexible sensors, solar cells and organic light-emitting diode display and lighting devices, as well as life glasses, swimming goggles, agricultural plastic greenhouses and other fields as applications in waterproof, anti-fog, rain, dust, UV, and anti-static films (all claimed).
