NOVELTY - Graphene film repair solution, which matches with silicon dioxide (SiO2) substrate, comprises organic semiconductor molecule with self-assembly function and solvent. The organic semiconductor molecule comprises pi -conjugated semiconductor group and an anchoring group. USE - The repair solution is used for repairing graphene film useful in repair film (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The repair solution can repair the defects of graphene film and improves the electron transport capability of graphene film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) repairing graphene film comprising coating the surface of the graphene film with the repair solution, where graphene film is located on the surface of SiO2 substrate, standing the repair solution and removing the repair solution on the surface of the graphene film; and (2) repair film repaired by repair method of graphene film or comprising SiO2 substrate, graphene film provided on one surface of SiO2 substrate and an organic semiconductor molecule penetrating the graphene film.
