NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-containing iron runner castable material comprises mixing 20-50 wt.% dense corundum, 10-30 wt.% corundum, 10-30 wt.% silicon carbide, 2-10 wt.% alpha -aluminum oxide powder, 0.2-5 wt.% fine silica powder, 1-5 wt.% aluminate cement, 0.5-3 wt.% spherical asphalt, 1-3 wt.% elemental silicon powder, 0.1-0.5 wt.% water reducing agent and 0.05-0.2 wt.% explosion-proof powder, mixing 1-5 mg/mL graphene oxide solution and antioxidants, adding to mixture, casting, and molding. USE - Method for preparing graphene-containing iron runner castable material. ADVANTAGE - The material is suitable for industrial production, has reduced spherical asphalt usage, toxic carcinogenic smoke production and porosity, and has increased strength, thermal shock resistance and anti-erosion properties.
