NOVELTY - Copper-based alloy billet with good conductivity comprises 70-98 wt.% copper, 1-1.5 wt.% graphene state and niobium (remaining amount) (total amount of 100%). The copper-based alloy billet comprises taking pure copper ingot, pure antimony ingot / pure silver ingot, pure copper powder / pure tantalum powder / pure silver powder, graphene powder as raw material, mixing pure copper ingot, pure antimony ingot / pure silver ingot and heating at 1700 degrees C, melting into alloym, maintaining heat for 10 minutes, where the melt liquid surface is protected by argon gas and adding pure copper powder/pure strontium powder/pure silver powder, graphene powder and melting alloy by mechanical stirring, stirring for 1-5 minutes, reducing the alloy melt temperature to 900-1600 degrees C and maintaining for 10-15 minutes. USE - Used as copper-based alloy billet with good conductivity.
