▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Manufacturing large-area graphene on polymer supports by using of hydrogen delamination involves obtaining a large-area graphene layer deposited on a polymer, with an area ranging from 1-750 square centimeter, taking place by electrochemical separation of graphene with polymer from the metallic growth substrate in the form of a profiled sheet. The separation process is carried out in a hydrogen delamination system by using graphite, silver or platinum titanium anode, aqueous sodium hydroxide, sodium chloride or potassium chloride solution with a concentration in the range of 0.1-1 molar as the electrolyte. The constant value of the electric voltage in the range of 2-6 volt, as a resultant of the variable value of the electric current. USE - Method for manufacturing large-area graphene on polymer supports by using of hydrogen delamination. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to manufacture large-area graphene on polymer supports by using of hydrogen delamination which is used a guide with an automatic drive and a knife for semi-automatic layer application (manual controlled knife height) due to PMMA acrylic polymer layer has an even thickness over the entire surface of the sheet, and it is uniform without negatively affecting the graph-ene layer.
