▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for quantifying carbon nanomaterials in tissues involves (a) homogenizing the separated living tissue, (b) dissolving the sample by adding a degrading enzyme to the homogenized sample, (c) recovering carbon nanomaterials from the dissolved sample, and (d) measuring the concentration of the recovered carbon nanomaterial. USE - The method is useful for quantifying carbon nanomaterials in tissues. ADVANTAGE - The method does not require expensive equipment, is cost-effective, has less deviations between analyzes, easily and efficiently quantifies carbon nanomaterials, has increased recovery rate, does not affect the physical properties of the carbon nanomaterial, and exhibits excellent quantitative measurement ability in that the UV-visible absorption spectrum in the near-infrared region is negligible.
