NOVELTY - Preparing composite dressing of graphene oxide-daptomycin/epidermal growth factor, comprises dissolving 131.14 g tris hydrochloric acid in 100 ml deionized water, adding 200 mg dopamine powder to the resulting tris solution to obtain a tris-dopamine solution with a concentration of 2 mg/ml and a pH of 8.5, soaking the graphene oxide film in the above solution for 12 hours, transferring the mixture to a vibrating screen and vibrate at a speed of 100 revolutions/minute at 37 degrees C, first dissolving daptomycin powder in deionized water to prepare a 10 mg/ml daptomycin aqueous solution, removing the graphene oxide sample in rinse with ionized water and incubating in daptomycin aqueous solution at 37 degrees C, dissolving graphene oxide-dopamine membrane in a 10 mu g/ml epidermal growth factor solution, adding graphene oxide film-daptamine to the same concentration of daptomycin+epidermal growth factor mixture, and incubating at 37 degrees C at 100 revolutions/minute for 12 hours. USE - The method is useful for preparing composite dressing of graphene oxide-daptomycin/epidermal growth factor. ADVANTAGE - The method realizes antibacterial effect and growth promoting performance, and has great benefit to the wound healing.
