NOVELTY - High and low temperature cycle performance of heat-resistant electroplating comprises 25-45 pts. wt. acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) rubber powder, 55-75 pts. wt. styrene acrylonitrile (SAN) resin, 0.1-3 pts. wt. graphene, 0.1-3 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 0.1-1 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.1-1 pts. wt. lubricant and 0.1-1 pts. wt. antioxidant. USE - Used as high and low temperature cycle performance of heat-resistant electroplating. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the plating adhesion, coefficient of linear expansion is reduced and difference between the linear expansion coefficient of the plating layer is reduced.
