NOVELTY - Nano-enhanced penetration hardening agent prepared by mixing (1) 5-15 wt.% lithium silicate solution, 10-35 wt.% preferably 10-25 wt.% potassium silicate solution, 0.5-1 wt.% preferably 1-5 wt.% wetting agent, 0.05-0.1 wt.% early-strength agent, 0.05-0.1 wt.% pH neutralizer; (2) 10-30 wt.% ethanol, 2-6 wt.% silane coupling agent, 5-10 wt.% epoxy resin; (3) deionized water (remaining amount). USE - Nano reinforced penetration hardening agent is used in building material. Uses include but are not limited to concrete, cement, sand, and stone. ADVANTAGE - The hardening agent generates effective organic-inorganic hybrid connection in the concrete to form permeable hardening agents, mutual solubility, better permeability, with high wear resistance of inorganic hardener material, high hardness and at the same time, with organic resin as main paint e.g. antistatic, hydrophobic and so on, with low volatile organic compounds (VOC) content and is more environment-friendly.
