▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene doped impact modifier is obtained by doping graphene oxide in rubber latex, then adding methyl (meth)acrylate to the system and polymerizing to obtain coated poly(methyl methacrylate) or composite material of poly(methyl methacrylate) interpenetrating network structure. USE - Graphene doped impact modifier for use in PVC substrate (claimed) used for high-demand food packaging material, outdoor building material such as window frame and shutter, electronic instrument housing and aircraft interior component. ADVANTAGE - The graphene doped impact modifier has high strength, high modulus, high toughness, high heat resistance, high conductivity, flame retardance and high barrier to oil and gas, and provides PVC polymer materials with excellent impact resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene doped impact modifier, which involves (1) mixing nitrile latex, dicumyl peroxide or sulfur oxide and dispersed graphene oxide aqueous solution at room temperature, stirring at paddle speed of 500-2000 rpm for 5-300 minutes, obtaining composite emulsion of graphene oxide/latex, then heating at 70 degrees C and stirring composite emulsion for 20-30 minutes, obtaining vulcanized graphene oxide/gel particle composite aqueous phase dispersion material containing intercalation structure, (2) adding methyl (meth)acrylate monomer and benzoyl peroxide to graphene oxide/gel particle composite aqueous phase dispersion material, mixing, stirring for 5-300 minutes, stirring the mixture evenly at a temperature of 40 degrees C for 5-300 minutes and filtering to obtain coated poly(methyl methacrylate) or poly(methyl methacrylate) interpenetrating gel network structure particles.
